Sporting Clube de Goa will look forward to being third time lucky as they have failed to lift the cup in the previous two occasions. With the likes of in form Lenny Rodrigues, Balwant Singh, Shabana and Wolfe, Churchill definitely will be the on paper favorites to lift the 35th Federation Cup.
