NEU FC and ATK played out a dull, goalless draw in the Indira Gandhi Stadium, in a match characterised by a directionless gameplay from both sides.

However, some scrappy defending saw them concede in the 24th minute, as Chhangte scored through a left-footed shot. Cahill equalised, five minutes later, through a poacher’s header. Jamshedpur, took the lead, to complete the turnaround, as Farukh Choudhary hit the ball into the top right corner.
