I-League side Mumbai FC has parted ways with coach Santosh Kashyap after continuously under-performing in the season. The side is bottom of the points table with 10 points from 14 matches.

“Mumbai FC has decided to part ways with coach Santosh Kashyap with immediate effect. Mumbai FC thanks Kashyap for his efforts and wishes him the best in his future endeavours,” said a statement released by the club on Saturday.

Oscar Bruzon, Stuart Watkins and David Booth are believed to be in the reckoning for the job but according to sources, the club might elevate an assistant coach as the interim manager and will only find a full-time replacement in the summer, depending on where the side finishes.
