Noble Gesture By East Bengal Coach Khalid Jamil

Mohun Bagan Head Coach Sanjoy Sen underwent a bypass surgery a few days back and is still admitted in a nursing home near EM Bypass. Yesterday, the East Bengal gaffer Khalid Jamil himself went to the nursing home to see the Mohun Bagan Head Coach and wished him a speedy recovery. The 2 head coaches had always had a healthy off-the-field relationship and huge respect for each other, which is quite an uncommon picture in the football rivalries.

This was a very kind and noble gesture on Khalid’s behalf and it showed that even the fiercest of rivalries are also limited to the ground only and these walls can be broken outside the warfare grounds at any time.The other coaches of various big clubs should also take a lesson out of this.
